Team Cohoes Rope a Dope & The Missing Candidate

Well the leader of "Team Cohoes" Mary Sabo has responded to last week's letter from Ron Sinico by using the old rope a dope. She failed to answer any of the questions raised and dismissed it all as personal attacks on her and her family.

Ironically, she figured out that the primary fight she and her husband initiated for Democratic Committee seats has forced time and energy of members of the Democratic Committee away from the town board candidate and onto her challenge. We say ironically because so many times people warned her that her fight would distract and hurt the efforts to win the board seat in the special election. She simply didn't give a dam. Not even the County Chair's efforts moved her determination for revenge on those who declined to endorse her failed run for Town Supervisor flawed by ethical misconduct she is still concealing but which has now been disseminated in direct mail to voters.

Neither Mrs. Sabo or any of her so called slate of Democratic Committee candidates has assisted the campaign of the Democratic Town Board candidate Mike Helinski. Not a dime in contributions. His signs, his mailings, all paid for by the real Democratic Committee candidates and his supporters. We guess she's not concerned whether Helinski wins, only with her sole focus, winning control of the Democratic Committee.

Her team North Greenbush mantra has the shadow of Team Cohoes. The missing fraudulent candidate she placed on the ballot, Matthew Sousa in Election District 7 still remains on the ballot but has been purged from the press releases. Of course, Mrs. Sabo and her team Cohoes crew touts the credentials from organist to retired cop, none of whom seem to care about her ethically challenged actions last year concealing a State order to stop campaigning in the primary for Supervisor as it directly conflicted with her State employment. They also ignore the petition fraud arising from her committee challenges falsely stating their ED 7 candidate residence as Wynantskill while knowing he moved out of the county to Cohoes. That scandal is well explained in this letter from Chairman Dan Ashley, also in the Advertiser.
We'll let you read this one on the side bar. Stay tuned, the best is yet to come!
