Computer Upgrades Pause Publications

Editor's Note:
Yesterday we did not post as expected because of computer upgrades and resources tied up as a result. We will again pause today as the work should be completed later today and we will be prepared for business as usual next week.

Again, we may elect not to publish on a daily basis and will instead post as news occurs. The holiday season is traditionally slow so hopefully we won't miss much.
