Yes it's winter and again we find our school district scheduling a bond vote, we presume to limit voter participation. It isn't the school board's fault for trying to choose their voters, many of whom are snow birds. It's our State Education Law that allows such votes which should only be held in May with the regular budget vote.
Without commenting on the merits of the plan to bond money to pay for improvements, suffice to say you should take the time to read it and vote.
