Attorney General issues subpoenas

Lou Desso got his picture on the Front Page of today's Times Union. Congratulations Lou! Once again you placed North Greenbush in the news for all the wrong reasons, embarrassing this community. You can read about it here.  And after you read it, think of all those folks Lou asked to come to the November meeting to praise him, Try inviting them again Lou, see who comes.

You've managed to place yourself in legal jeopardy and those of us who follow things know your reputation was lost long ago.

By the way the former Town Comptroller, Mike Strenka, says hello and good luck. You tried to ruin his reputation but he survived your efforts.

Now that  the State Attorney General is investigating your conduct you can't lie anymore. It won't count in the likely indictment that may arise. They will be looking at your failure to pay Moscatiello's Restaurant that $1270.00 balance and how it was not reported on your Financial Forms. They will be wondering why you failed to pay Casale your share of the 22k sewer extension, your misuse of the town engineer to absorb the cost of his map for your sewer district which he then approved as the town engineer. So many things Lou in the box of corruption you have been living in. Maybe even the Youth Makes a Difference fund or the "Foundation" for your grandson which raised money and which was not registered with the State.

We wish your successor as the GOP nominee well. We hope it is one of your fellow board members, an enabler who let you run amuck for the past 6 years. BTW, we suspect the County Executive will endorse someone to replace you on the GOP line by Christmas. If he's your right hand on the board, he will carry your legacy and loose.

Merry Christmas!

Update: Lou Desso was seen at the New York State Board of Elections yesterday December 19th. We can only imagine he was trying to talk his way out of his falsified reports and contributions which exceed the maximum allowed by State Law. We're sure investigators from the Attorney General's Office will follow up his visit to determine why he was there. They read this blog.
