Times Union Editorial Slams Desso on Sewers

Another day, another edition of bad ink for Lou Desso. The editorial in today's edition should fuel the fires for an investigation of his many activities which, shall we say, skate on the borders of impropriety. Missing from the editorial were a looming scandal outlined in a story a couple of weeks ago in which it was revealed Desso had not been billed or paid the contractor he hired to build the sewer extension in front of his house. His share of that cost is around $10,000, a share his neighbor paid in full last March upon completion. But Lou is special, he doesn't have to pay bills like from fundraisers where he stiffs the restaurant owner. He still owes Moscatielo's $1270.00 from his 2015 bill after the court ordered him to pay the maximum amount it could award, $5,000.00.

But here the contractor has a big project in town and he hasn't billed Lou and Lou hasn't offered to pay up. You can read the editorial here. And BTW, more bad news tomorrow!
