Well it was as bound to happen. The Supervisor who stiffs a respected local businessman by refusing to pay his $7000 bill for the past 2 years gets a reward.

Desso and Trump have one thing in common,neither one pays their bills.
Can you imagine a guy who's raking in a hundred grand a year from the county and town doesn't pay his bill to a respected local businessman for two years and is still holding out!
