In a clear and surprising act of prosecutorial misconduct, the newly elected District Attorney has allowed all charges against his campaign aide Richard Crist, to be dropped in town court.

Even the previous DA seemed surprised by Abelove's actions, noting the need for a special prosecutor in the case.
So there is one type of justice for the politically connected like Mr. Crist and another set for the rest of us. Will there be outrage from anyone on the county legislature????
Child endangerment and domestic violence are apparently forgiven by this DA if you are a well connected politician. So much for justice for all.
