Democrats wasted no time slamming the Town Board and Supervisor on the disclosure of what is now seen as a $300,000 deficit projection for 2009. The "Green Sheet" was in the Advertiser inserts this past week and delivered in the Thursday Times Union. Some editions had the flier in yellow and others in white as here.
It's clear the Dems smell blood as the town board has been slow to take the steps needed to erase the deficit and that means layoffs in town hall.
We'll let the flier do the talking as we begin another week.

It costs about $2500 a year for cell phone service- its going to cost the town about $5000 to terminate the cell service contracts--- does that make sense?
