You have to give Metroland credit. They sourced out the rascal Supervisor who has been ducking the media, refusing to give any explanation for his absurd claims of massive contamination on Main Avenue. This is his excuse to turn down a valuable grant won by the town and Evers is getting hammered on the issue.

This wise creature seems to be thriving despite Mark Evers claims of massive contamination on Main Avenue. We're keeping his location a secret but he lives in a tree very close to Ever's "Ground Zero". We believe him to be a "Barn Owl".
Harrington Proposes Gas Tax Relief
County Legislator Kevin Harrington supports removal of the local share of sales tax on gas sales for the coming holiday driving season. County Republicans are too happy to see the State share removed, but their local cut seems to be another matter. How to pay for those big 33% pay raises they voted themselves after to 2005 elections? I am not only outraged but insulted by Mr. Evers arrogance. Did he not have people in his own family die of Cancer- Doesn't he NEED to know if there is a connection? What type of man is he?
