The Times Union has exposed more corruption in the Desso Administration, publishing the above letter on its web site. Looks like the list of freebies for the "well connected" goes on to include unreported, illegal and until now, free sewer hookups. This letter shows Rensselaer County officials demanding some answers as to how a unidentified home on Lou Desso's street got connected to the sewer and never reported to the county so the property could pay its sewer taxes.
What contractor would do such a thing? And are there others? We're told there are over a dozen hookups to the county sewer system being examined.
You can read the latest expose, as if we needed more,
here.Incidentally, this is another front page bomb like that infamous Sunday top fold story a week ago. This is on the front page as well, on the bottom fold. How long before Lou and his buddies have to worry about a special prosecutor or a federal probe?
